Logo and packaging redesign for Great Flat’s Brewing, a small local brewery in Schenectady, NY. The logo and beer labels have been redesigned to more accurately communicate the brand’s playful personality. The promotional stop-motion animation personifies the beers as fun and energetic, furthering the notion of the brand’s playful personality.
This rebranding project was done for an undergraduate thesis and will not be implemented by the brewery.
Packaging Design
Sunny Saturday was made in conjunction with the rebrand to promote the beers. The stop-motion illustrates the experience of drinking the beer by personifying the beers as playful yet laid back. The set is constructed entirely from paper. The scenes from the longer animation may also be used to promote the beers on social media, as shown below.
